- Health Cards (NEU Health Card, ELITE Health Card, or any other health card packages)
- Medical consultations and appointments
- Diagnostic tests and services
- Treatment packages
- Any other paid services offered by Arogyam
You will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of the reason for cancellation or non-usage of the service.
2. Purchase Confirmation
By completing a purchase on our website or through our authorized channels, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have read and understood this Refund Policy
- You accept the no-refund policy
- You are making the purchase voluntarily and with full knowledge of the terms
- You will not request a refund after the transaction is completed

4. Health Card Validity
Health cards purchased from Arogyam are valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase (typically one year from the date of purchase). The validity period cannot be extended, and no refunds will be provided for:
- Unused benefits or services during the validity period
- Expired health cards
- Partial usage of health card benefits
- Inability to utilize all benefits within the validity period
5. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners. Once a payment is successfully processed and the transaction is confirmed:
- The purchase is considered final and binding
- No refund requests will be entertained
- The service or health card will be activated as per the terms of purchase
6. Service Issues and Complaints
While we do not provide refunds, we are committed to providing quality healthcare services. If you experience any issues with our services, please contact us immediately:
